can you tell me what exactly falls under the beneficial effects?? what are categorized as beneficial effects - never understood that.

Any form of a buff skill. For example a movement speed buff will have a longer duration with increased beneficial duration affixes, or wizard ice armor duration would be longer.

14M gold :0 how? Im always low on gold

The only thing that hit my gold hard was unlocking all the familiar bond spots. Recovered that fairly quickly from just doing dailies, dungeons, and events. Only time I really use gold is from the shady stock npc.
