you must be proficient in Basic to advance excel. Like whole vlookup, nesting other functions with vlookup, index match, pivot tables and charts, conditional formatting, dashboard etc.

If you want to get into MIS then learn Advance Excel. Practice more & try to master atleast 25-40 functions. Take a course on Udemy or learn from KZbin. . MIS jobs postings are huge. So, you can easily get a job trust me.
