Cornwall is forever my favourite place and it brings back some great memories seeing the places I visited often whilst growing up. I'll return the favor with three things you should be picky with: 1) What you consume - food/water, media/movies/series 2) who you socialise with - you are the sum of your five closest friends 3 ) what you put your time and energy into - pretty specific to each but be friggin' conscious about it! ALSO, not sure if I (27) fall into the older men range on this channel but I'll gladly share my perspective: Even though I came for the surf content I also enjoy many of your other videos because in contrast to most individuals on KZbin you seem to be genuine, relatable in many ways and just an all-round lovely human being. Hello lovely, great vlog as always. So happy to see you back here in Cornwall. ❤ On the scalp - mine has been atrocious since we moved to Cornwall. The water is so soft here, and I find I have to super-rinse my shampoo out. The other thing that helps is one of those scalp massage brushes - I comb my conditioner through and then gently go in with that. You can get them for about a fiver. Xx

For the dry scalp, dry spraying Apple Cider Vinegar onto your scalp and letting it sit for a few minutes. Make sure and have your head tilted back or wear a headband though, because if it gets in your eyes, it really burns. Alternatively, Head and Shoulders shampoo works wonders on most dry/dandruff-prone scalps.

Hey Erika, welcome back to Cornwall :) Aveeno do a very good eczema shampoo that you can buy at Boots, but a 30min soak in a bath with a sock full of Oats in the water (tied at the end ofc) will do the same thing so long as the problem area's submerged. All the best x
