I'm come to this video a bit late but popped up in my feed. Really enjoyed it. Reminded me of my general approach over the years. The images are wonderful and perfectly captured the majesty of the oak trees. The drone footage was very atmospheric. Not many do that. Was really surprised there wasn't many more views for this video. I've watched others recently with 1000s of views, but pretty rubbish truth be told. So good work here.

This was something else... 🙏💚 a peacefulness, both in the foggy forest and in/through you. Almost a sadness... no, not really... it felt good. Either way, when the first drone footage showed I started to cry. And when the second one came I cried even more. But a good cry☺️ the drone footage really make me feel like I’m floating just over the ferns and through the trees, and it reminds me of a dream I dreamt many times as a child. I dreamt so vividly of how I could float/fly that I almost believed it for a while😂 And as always, love to learn about the camera technique and hear your thoughts on composition 👌💚 humble thanks🙏 And oh, that last pic, these old oaks... perfect!💚

Ahh I'm sorry for bringing tears.. and feel very humbled by this 😌💚 I guess it's good to let emotion flow, it's as though you connect with the forest deep inside, but that's not sad, it's a beautiful thing 🌳💐🤗 Funny how the woodland can stir emotions generally, how we feel different vibes on different days and even how it lifts us. I had a childhood recurring dream that was similar, I was sat on a fence, stood up & pushed off... flew like a bird I did. I only had it two or three times but decades later I still remember it vividly 😊 The conditions were awesome this day, it was just such a pleasure to wander & shoot. I'm pleased you like the last photo 👌🏻 The feeling I got there was intense 🌳💚🙏🏻

@@StevePikePhoto Don’t be sorry! ☺️ it was good tears 🙏💚 yes, exactly, it’s like a deep connection with nature💚 but I’ve never experienced it through a video before. I can start to cry when I’m out in the woods and perhaps more often when I’m alone by the sea, but never have I felt this feeling this strong when watching nature on Tv(or phone). Not even when watching documentaries... you did something quite right!!👌👍🙏 you captured that feeling and made me feel it☺️🙏 Yeah, it’s amazing💚 depending on weather there’s different moods that generate different emotions. Nature... can’t live without it😊💚😌 My childhood dream was actually in some way about my deep feelings for nature I think, longing for that floaty feeling of just exist in the air in nature☺️💚 amongst the trees and birds😊 It is a truly lovely shot! 😃 but I think your pictures, always, conveys emotions and moods. And your only getting better! I do think you’re an amazing photographer 🙏🤓

@@julianheritage6436 ah good to hear mate, and me too.. days like these make it all worth while don't they 🙂 I'm OK thanks, bit chaotic right now but the trees recharge me 👍🏻 Don't know if you use any particular apps for weather forecasts but I can highly recommend clearoutside.com/forecast/50.7/-3.52 giving the chance of fog, several days ahead. I'd rather watch this website than the news these days 😉

I feel the same mate 👌 ..lately I've found they seem to communicate a richer view of the woodland for me too. I spend souch time trying to squeeze things out of frame, the pano feels like it gives me freedom to include again 🤔 I can't communicate that very well.. am certainly having fun with them though 👌
