If my math is right, and it always is, the chance that you crit 5 times in a row there was 1.575%. You started at 69 fury which is 35% crit (technically 34.5 but it rounds up) with each crit afterwards giving 10 fury which adds 5% crit up to a max of 50% so .35*.4*.45*.5*.5 = .01575 = 1.575%. In other words skill issue.

It’s actually more unlikely than that. Crit chance is league is weird they had patch notes on it way back in the day. It’s supposed to gradually increase your chance to crit as you don’t until you do and decrease it slightly when you crit consecutively. Lowering your likelihood of critting multiple hits in a row with 10% crit and gradually increasing your chance after multiple non-crits. This was why a lot of people ran the 1% crit rune back when those were a thing because in those extended early game trades you’d get a crit at some point if the fight was long enough.

So here's another factor for how absurd that was: If it is true, League of legends uses pseudo-random distribution to decide on how percentage chance events happen. Long story short, the less times you crit, the higher your "true crit chance odds" are to happen, same with Senna/Thresh soul drops. Thing is, when the random event happens, the odds go back down to their minimum once again or even lower, and start scaling again as the crit doesn't happen. Getting 5 crits in a row is absurd because not only did he get a crit in first place, but got a crit with below average chance over and over.
