Amazing musicianship from everyone. I was really surprised to see Steve Martin in there. He rocks on that banjo. I hope he makes an album. He's a great comic, actor, writer, and musicianship. He can do anything he sets his mind too. I hope I can be cool like him when I'm his age. Or at least before I'm 30.

Earl Scruggs was ineed a master banjo player and this is most likely his best peice of banjo plucken but if you notice at the very end of this video he and everybody else quit doing the ol foggy mountain breakdown yet the music continues. Whats up with that? And I just hope that when Earl passed through those pearly gates he was rewarded with a golden banjo. RIP Earl.

It took me a minute to realise that the person playing the banjo at 1:11 was Steve Martin! What a guy. His rendition of dueling banjos with Kermit remains a favourite. This is a new favourite. I think it is necessary to drink good bourbon while listening to this music. Just my humble opinion, after a couple of double oaks...
