SGT. WALSH of The Tecumseh PD did get a PPO, he is a coward small town cop also.

Next time I need court papers served I will give them to the Tecumseh police. That is nice they offer process serving as part of their job. Or do the TPD just offer this service to specific individuals they show favoritism to?
