Yes Even a single visa has not been issued by embassy since this program started

But 1 year its too long why those it take that long. And when someone get the work permit please do someone need to book appointment at the Canadian embassy lagos or just go in for interview and submit all documents. Please what is the official website. And can you help make findings if Germany those that too to give onces family an nanny job. Or it have to be someone not related to the employer living in Germany already. Just asking anyways.

9 out of 10, if you hire a family member as nanny they will get a refusal. You can verify from a certified immigration practitioner.
