Thanks for the reply - great teaching. I would love to master getting the hoop from my knees to waist. I keep practising but it's not happening yet :( Perhaps I'm getting ahead of myself as although I can knee hoop with both knees I haven't managed one leg hooping. Thanks again and now I'm subscribed I'll keep watching :))

Hi, are you ghosting with your left hand the whole time? There's one spot you didn't mention which hand you ghost with. I think ghosting confuses me because sometimes I switch up which hand I ghost with. Is it generally the same hand during a ghost flow? What looks best?
