Water Quality is of the utmost importance when doing foliars! Anything above 50ppm hardness can lock out %50 or more of nutrients applied.

urea 10-20 kilos/hectare, fish hydrolysate 2-5 liters, and the latter goes in more efficiently and needs less conversion so less energy expense for the plant - our choice...blessings to all
