Maybe try adding a little cornstarch with a brush in the pocket that you use tape on all three side to help prevent items from sticking.

Love these folio’s! I have found that small projects like this are a great way to get someone started in scrapbooking, Quick, Easy and so darn cute! I thought it might be fun to make several of these, and each one could be a different theme, decoration, gifts, baking….!

YES!! Take more pictures...especially of yourself. I have the same problem with pictures of my parents (gone many years now), especially of my dad, who was the picture-taker in our family while I was growing up. Whenever I come across one of my parents it's like finding solid gold. I was the picture-taker when my own children were small, so there are few of me when I was a young adult. Now I'm much older and not nearly as photogenic as I was years ago, LOL, but I do manage to get myself in photos taken by my grown children and grandchildren. Don't be afraid to step in front of the camera as well as snap those future priceless photos that your family will appreciate after you're gone. Love this easy folio, btw. :)

Hi Maymay, I LOVE this folio! Awesome idea! I have an idea for your pockets to block the tape. It's fiddly but it worked for me when I adhered pockets once with tape on the bottom, because my pics and inserts did stick. I folded a thin strip of paper in half- like 1/2 inch, and put some glue (you could use dbl-sided tape too) on the outside on each side. I stuffed that down to the bottom of my pockets to cover the exposed tape edge on the bottom. The glued sides stuck to the pocket interior and stayed put. It was tricky but it worked. I totally agree about needing more pics of who we love and good times! I'm still learning balance with that- I sometimes get so into photographing that I forget to participate more. Excellent project!!

I have made two of these.. first one I followed your instructions and it worked out great.. The 2nd one I just made and actually I got confused and had to make a lot of adjustments to end up with something useable.. I did finally get one finished but learned I really should have found your video and again followed your lead.... it would have been so much easier!

I love this folio with the curved pockets. Unfortunately they are discontinued. I’d love to make this on my own. Do you have any suggestions for how to cut that curve? I don’t have any dies that large. Perhaps you could do a new video showing a total diy version of this folio.

I want to give an early Christmas gift to my neighbours of a pack of handmade Christmas cards. I’ve done the cards but am struggling with a folio to put them in.
