Hi Sofia, hope you are doing well. For this video I didn’t Mirrored the actions which means you should do opposite to me when following my verbal detections. However you could also follow my physical actions (mirroring the legs and arms) and forget about the directions I’m giving. My latest variations tutorials are mirrored as I listened to the other dancers feedbacks, but few are not. Apologies for that. Have a great day ☺️
