I started reading this book called "You Can Heal Yourself " it is so deep. It talks about speaking positivity in existence because the universe drives off of our energy if you speak and think negatively then of course your world will be filled with it. Diseases comes from not being free and holding on to negative things that hurting you. Yall should read this book. On another note I love this vlog! Dreka seems like she has a kind spirit and a child at heart, how excited she got when they mentioned getting another ear piercing. 🥰

Tulum is so amazing! My partner and I took an 11 day vacation down there in December and explored so much. There’s is place I found on Airbnb for yoga and meditation in the jungle, it was super intimate just myself, my partner and the instructor. It pour down raining during our meditation so refreshing and got a good cleanse from mama earth. After had some fresh fruit and a great connecting conversation with the host Erin. I would highly recommend it’s like 30 mins away from downtown Tulum. Light and progressive to you and your spirit 🤍✨
