Nice! I’m down a bunch since the beginning of the year too. Was over 316 and now as of a month or so ago I’m down to under 275. Staying active is my recipe. No specific plan. Mostly just keep moving. Good job on the goal for you! I’m following.

That’s great! It definitely is more challenging to stay healthy and fit as we get older…. But it’s definitely worth the effort! Thanh’s for watching, I plan to do weekly updates on my progress. Take care!
