Hi Soso! I hope you're feeling much better today. I know what you mean in regards to feeling poopy and depressed despite having everything else go really well in life. What helps me is when I try to take everything one day at a time and to really focus in the moment. Practicing mindfulness, etc. and to not let what we cant control to control our days. Hopefully this helped. I love you so much and keep these vlogs comin!!! :)

I know this sounds crazy but I woke up with one eye swole shut once as well and guess what I ate the day before? Coffee and bacon! I did research when it happened and found out caffeine, high sodium foods, and lack of water intake is a recipe for the swollen eye (not just minor swelling). PS been loving your vlogs! I remember I always wished you blogged more when you did bits of your life in FIDM.
