Are What do you mean by Privatising Government Depts. If we Privatize the Departments na then Everything will be based on profit base. To make a Birth certificate also we have to Give Rs.100000. Privatising the Departments will result in Harm of Common people. Rascal. Privatising may help in Efficiency but It will Harm us the Common people.
