Practically everyone I know that is our age has battled addiction of one kind of another, I truly believe the 60s and 70s where children were left to there own devices ie the latch key kids was a huge parental mistake. I broke that cycle by being there for every idle moment in my child's life and the effect that simple change has made is unbelievable. I made a conscious effort to do more with less. Our children are reflections of society. I've been sober since 2013 and off all prescriptions medication. The only thing I want to ever have that much control over me and my life is God My Father, Jesus My Friend and the Holy Spirit that was given to me so that I could be born again. Amen

Wow! Powerful testimony! My daughter Renee died at 22 years old suddenly in a car accident in 95. I know that pain. My husband and I hung onto God and each other. He died 10 years later from cancer. I lost my son when he was 23, a gun shot wound to the back of his head. I prayed for him every night for about five years and I had a dream it was a beautiful day and my son walked by me and I called him and hugged him and asked if he was in Hell. My son said no he is in a better place. I told him I lost 1 time and that I don't want to lose him again. My son said he had to go and I woke up crying and thanking Jesus. I love this testimony, my son was killed in an auto accident when he was 20. I believe he’s ok too. My sister and I were in transit from Colorado to have vacation with him in South Carolina when he was killed. They had told me and I was trying to get there. And I know God allowed him to tell me. I can testify that when you are leaving a formal struggle that Satan was using to bring you down, he and his demons will do all they can to throw those things at you while you are wanting to leave for Jesus and walk in the light. I personally experienced this and also talked with another who witnessed the same in his life as he was going through a struggle. You want to really know that you are saved? Desire to have assurance? Read God's Holy Word.....He tells us plainly. Read the book of John. Make yourself read at least 5 minutes a day....your time will increase along with your interest. Ask for the gift of faith. God will help and guide you.

Wow his sermon at the end. There has only been 1 other time ive felt the holy spirit and the fire and love it has. That was, while at work a woman decided to talk to me about jesus and the hoky spirit and god and i let her. I do not know how hard it is to find Paul's out there, but a testimony like his or like yours is the most powerful communication of the Spirit of God through other's words that I have ever experienced. Of course, one exception: 51 years ago God spoke to me, an unbeliever, in a moment of desperation due to an absence of truth in my soul which I could not infuse regardless of effort of any kind. Life has been hard even while blessed with certainty of Him and His gift of eternal life, but all my problems did not just drop away and I am now to the point of continually realizing that whatever I'm to do or think is up to Christ. I can't connect all the dots. Reason, however well refined, is just powerless in this dimension. Please continue with the interviews; you come across in them so authentically and obviously in touch with the Spirit that the harmony between your spirit, the spirit of the guest, and the Holy Spirit is obvious.

I'm addicted to supernatural videos now LOL. The other side is way too interesting.. Heaven and Hell.. I collect every new detail. 1 day we all will be there. Years on earth passing by too quick.. look at your birthday 10 years ago.. its like just a week ago... same with 70, 80, 100 years. Most people don't live to 100.. today many passing away young. I lost a friend at 30+. Choose JESUS as your LORD today, friends.. we never know when is the day to meet eternity.

That reminds me of Walk The Line with what happened with Johnny Cash, he was home recovering from drugs and the his dealer showed up to his house....and June's parents went to the door with a Shotgun and ran him off and told him to get the hell out of there.....right on, stay strong in the Lord and God bless everybody who is fighting the fight
