I used to have milk sugar and rice almost every day after school (during primary school). Infact my then house owners still remember that combination as aunty used to mix it for me. Also the ghee rice and salt is a staple in our meals in Karnataka. Most of us have it in the afternoon and then continue to have sambar rice, etc.
