I would suggest a prime number of either 17 years or 19 years rather than 18 years. This would require a Constitutional amendment. We aren't likely to see a 28th Amendment in the next 20 years.

I watched this one in chunks. Pleased I stuck with it. The largest trouble with today's politics is the shit show (aka donald j trump et al) being a stand in for honest debate. We are not arguing the issues of our times. The shit show lets the battle between special interests run it all. Any attempt to actually use democracy to solve our problems gets buried under the daily waves of bull shit.
