One cannot quantify a prime coaching program. Prime is about building boys into men first. Having a good education second then football last. Like coach prime said only a small group will play in the NFL. That's why he is building men to be productive in the real world.

Ray is a superior motivational speaker. Coaching is much, much more. As Reed learned, school politics and leadership egos management are part of job.

​@landonprice5656 Actually deion wanted Ed Reed to take his place at Jackson State but he declined after learning what he went through with the Administration & Former President. Grambling wanted him to Coach but he declined because he wanted to be closer Home in Florida plus BCU came to Ed Reed about becoming the Coach before anyone else did so he accepted. He learned from deion that the problems of Leadership is at all HBCU's & found out for himself. They purposely ignored the Students & Student Athletes who protested to keep him there & Alums at other HBCU's refused to bring that part up. They're corrupt but if they can get beyond themselves to do the right thing they'll get the opportunity & benifit the City & the University as a whole 😀

Yes: Ed Reed, Ray Lewis, Andre Johnson & Hines Ward should get the opportunity to Coach ( & Help ) HBCU's & they will only benifit the University & the Cities Economic Impact Growth 😀 It's a win win but the key to all of this is ( The Administration & Presidents have to work with them & everyone need to maintain these relationships ) If that happens watch out because things will turn up 10 Fold & talk about a boost in Media Attention longterm that will bring in new fans whole will remain at HBCU's for life 😀
