With the sierra integration with followup boss… are you using only the sierra idx only version or the full crm?? Trying to decide this right now. Also when you market to the entire database in email chimp… how do u make sure when some clicks on your cta say for free home evaluation, how do u make sure the lead get routed back to the agent who originally owned the lead. Any info you can shed on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Marcus, the agent that owns the lead, the activity say, for example, a home value comes in from mail chimp will stay and go back to the agent assigned to the lead, notifications etc will all be within the lead profile assigned to the agent. i am running this same setup Sierra including CRM the CRM, We use this primarily to engage the lead initially and run full automation for back to site, buyer favourites a property, 5 listing alerts opened in a row, buyer views a single property 5 times. This triggers a tag for Sierra Priority Alerts that my agents can focus on. Based off of Barry's Yloopo Hand Raiser we use this the same way. Let me know if you want to chaat further. this is by far the best setup between IDX Front site and FUB back end I have found. I also own an agent fire site and this setup doesn't compare.
