Thanks for the detailed virtual tour! How many tier room upgrade did you get as a platinum member? Can we get a room upgrade if we use our Stay Plus benefit (from Accor Plus platinum) here? One thing I don’t quite get-they gave you a room upgrade and then told you they needed the room back and you need to vacate in 40 mins?? It’s honestly very disturbing to me.

You are welcome (^___^) I think upgrade is really depends on the luck, I dint get a good upgrade as a platinum member. I really angry with the last min notification, I did asked the staff after breakfast, they couldn't give me the time and ask me to leave the room in 40min is ridiculous.

@@Follow_ussg Were you moved into the same level room as before or was it downgraded? I wish they gave you some kind of compensation for inconveniencing you. If you were swimming or at the spa and couldn’t check your phone, what would they have done…🤦🏻‍♀️

@patricetan it’s a downgrade room, and I was about head to the spa. I can’t imagine if the staffs packed my room while me and my sister in the spa. And you may skip the spa, the product and the skill is bad.
