Hi Jim, very nice video of the La Boqueria market, when you are the next time in Barcelona, try the market in the Gothic quarter and the one in Barceloneta. Both are more local and the prices are lower then in the touristic Boqueria. But the food you had looked delicious. Cheers from munich

Hi Mark~ Uni is sea urchin in Japanese name :p I am used to call that uni :p

@@Swampzoid is recommend you try in a Japanese restaurant ^_^ Look for light brown color type. It's creamy and full of flavor.
