It's edible gum.. add a little water to some cmc powder to make edible gum..

No.. certain things has to be noted for that.. whipped cream should be stable while applying, not watery. . Keep the cake atleast 3 to 4 hours in fridge before placing fondant on it. It's better to prepare cake a day before and place fondant only few minutes before delivering. Avoid keeping the cake in fridge after placing the fondant on it. .
