They're so adorable! You make it look easy. How much Tylose/cmc did you add to the fondant? Looks pretty firm. I think I add too much because mine end up rock hard. Lol

Thank you Sarah. I added about a teaspoon for 500g. They were not completely hard, but firm enough to hold their shape.
