Collen you had said your using half lengths for the strips did you you the whole jelly roll to make the quilt?

by using half lengths you can get more variation in the strip sets - I believe that all of the strips are used.

You could definitely change up the colors. For instance, you could use a multicolored strip set with a bright white accent square.
