I love Barca, but I have to be honest here. Ever noticed how the club also disrespected their players AND legends? And don't forget that Frenkie deferred his salary during the pandemic to help out the club. Such a big institution cannot keep on putting pressure on players to fix their financial sh*t. These are football players and they are only obligated to fulfill sporting duties. It should be the player's own choice IF they want to help out financially, like some players did. Frenkie already did his part. He's right for not trusting the medical staff. Look at Dembele and Ansu. It's a smart move to wait and see if the medical staff is able to get Ansu up to speed. Since Dembele left Barca he had only 1 injury that took him out for longer thab 1 match .

How is he fulfilling his footbaling duty, he cant even play Dembele stopped being injury prone literally under the Barcelona medical staff, and many of the staff that were doing Ansu's recovery (that lead to his 9 months absence) arent even at the club anymore,

Laportas biggest failure by far was his handling of Messi. Him leaving Barca when he wanted to stay was unacceptable on every level. I still believe Laporta could have and should have pulled every lever in order to keep Messi at the club but he didn't. I believe Laporta saw Messi as a distraction and a challenge to his own stature at the club

I’ve had my doubts and criticisms of Laporta but that still doesn’t change the fact that he has done a very great job bringing the club back on track even though there were some flaws. Victor Font just criticizing him and not even highlighting the good things just sounds to me like another politician who wants to get back at his rival. The best way to convince the fans is by giving us why Laporta is bad as which he’s been doing over and over again and giving us a vision of how he would be even better and efficient than Laporta. We have been talking about FKD high salary but, IDK if you are aware that this 35M includes his deferred salary during covid, i guess you guys remember Pique showing his salary receipt (or whatever) on social media. I don't see anything wrong with what victor font has said. You can't just always keep glazing laporta. We sold 25% of our laliga rights for 500 to 600 million for 25 years. We sold barca studios and still we are financially unable to compete. You can say that the club is in a better position than when laporta took over but that should be a given as 600 million was brought in with the sale of assets. I don't blame laporta for everything and hope he succeeds to bring the the club back to greatness but falling for his propaganda is childish.

Barcelona have basically gave up 50 million euros per season with that deal, but with the new stadium Barcelona will make three times the revenue they would have made. This means that losing 50 million euros per season is not that bad, and besides laporta has only spent 150 million of that 600 million euros

Three years ago Barcelona were literally bankrupt and laporta had to give 100 million euros from his own pocket to buy Barcelona time. He has built the stadium which will give Barcelona an extra 370 million euros per season. Furthermore, he has managed to negotiate a new Nike deal which will give Barcelona an extra 70 million euros per season. The 1.2 billion euros debt will be paid up by the stadium money and this is what will happen but font doesn't care about that.

Xavi also said the same thing and was fired. All Barca legends have been disrespected and disregarded one way or another. How can you tell me we can sign a player worth 59m, but couldn't sign another worth 11m. Even the one we managed to get is practically on credit. We are broke, selling our players cheap, begging others to reduce their salaries to fit wage bill which is unprofessional, because when it comes to for them to leave the club, we expect them to forgive their hard earned money. Leave us the fuck alone to take our time and recuperate but this spirit of celebrating before it is over is what's killing the image of the club.
