It's strategically set up. The tower is always so tall for two reasons, to entice players and to force the stack to lean backwards to fall back into the game when pushed. It's physically impossible to win the stack.

They stack it to tease you thinking it will fall in shoot but it doesn’t. Plus once all those big boxes or candy bars on the play field the6 can’t be picked up by the scoop. They should restock on platform let people try win shorter tower.

Have you tried asking the arcade workers whether they will be able to give you those chocolate boxes that fell out? I remembered when I was in Tokyo Sega Arcade playing this type of push game too and the arcade worker gave me those that did not fell into the chute too.

I said this the last time this happened... It's so dirty how they do these games!!! They get this stuff in bulk and pay a paltry amount and someone pays like $15 in hopes of winning the candy bars, cookies, or whatever else... The tower drops and you think they'd be kind enough to fish out your winnings for you... NOPE! "It needs to fall into the chute", they say... Pfft! These games just irk me... Food is not fun to play for and better to just buy at the store... In my opinion the next time someone asks you to play a food game you should literally go to the store, buy a buncha snacks then set up your own tower... maybe get something that comes in sticks... I think hi-chew comes in rectangular wrappers... You can set up a tower a-la-jenga and play til it falls... you can do this with cookies too. or you can toss ping pong balls at something heavier. and whomever knocks stuff over in that game gets to win it. the jenga game you can split it XD For the umai bo (cheeto puffs) you can get a basket and lean it at an angle and fill it full of different flavored puffs and you can use the ping pong balls again to toss it and try to knock the puffs off the pile in an avalanche style. just a few ideas off the top of my head. =) but, i think that would be more fun as you can make your own games and get your money's worth. i just feel like that would benefit your wallet and people's need to see you playing for food lol.

@@racheldianeames3729 They aren't technically rigged to where it is unwinnable... It is just set up to benefit the arcade the most. The players still win something, just not everything. Therefore it is technically not rigged. The umai bo are the worst offenders imo. Nancy mentioned they are like 10 cents at the store. So you know the arcade gets them even cheaper. You almost never will get your money's worth. it is like a dollar for 3 tries... I think that is how it went... Been a while since I watched this video... So you are pretty much always playing at a loss. It's a shame, but that's business. If an arcade were to operate at a loss they would close down.

Any other Japanese candy pusher videos or channels I watch, whenever that huge stack falls..... the arcade worker gives them every single one of the candy bars. Even the ones that fell into the machine. You should ask them next time for the full amount.

That's what I think too. Technically, that's a scam. You play the game because you think you get the whole stack, but then surprriiiiiise, you are only allowed to keep what falls in even though you worked hard to push it over. So you'll never get what you played for, at least not all. Oh and if you're really unlucky, you get maybe one or even none of the chocolate because it fell to the side.

It's not candy, it's a sort of nutrition bar meant to replace a meal if you're super in a hurry or don't have time to eat. They are often chocolate flavored though.
