You could put them in your blender,2 cups worth then fill the rest with water and blend to make homemade almond milk. Then filter the milk and save the almond paste. Use the almond paste for baking cookies, muffins and cakes. Or almond butter.

Your family is so blessed to get ALL of that food from the food bank. Truly blessed. There will be some amazing meals!. The London broil, I sear that on both sides for 2 minutes on each. Taken it off the heat cover the pan with the lid and let it sit for 15 minutes. Make sure you have a very sharp knife. London broil, if overcooked will be tough because it is a very lean cut of beef. Take it out of the pan and on to a cutting board that has grooves to catch the juice. Slice it across it in very thin slices. Fry up some onions and peppers and potatoes in the same frying pan with some olive oil and make steak sandwiches. If you like cheese, put slices of cheese on it. Or you can do away with the bread and just put the slices over the veggies. If the meat is to pink for your liking, after its sliced, put it in with the onions, peppers and potatoes. Stir often on high for 5 minutes and shut off the heat. Use the juice from the cutting board to pour it over the meat and veggies. Salt and pepper to taste.. absolutely delicious.

You got a awrsome haul. You have been blessed. At our foid bank once a month if we can get a teuck we dont get rhings like that. We may get cereal bars and snack stuff. No meat and maybe a vegetable. A can of veans and a can of tomatoe sauce. Very grwatful for it thou.

That tuna would make beautiful tuna teriyaki. I would get the soy and mirin and do it myself though, you'll have those two condiments on you for multiple recipes.

Put that shelf stable milk in the fridge. It will be good well past the expiration date.

You don’t need to put shelf stable milk in refrigerator until it is opened. After you open and refrigerate it then the milk is good for two weeks. It says it on the milk package.

The London broil is good to cook on the grill to medium temp and slice thinly against the grain. If you slice correctly it'll always be nice and tender. Like this it's basically like steak. I buy them often. You can also do them like a roast in the crock pot or cut and use as stew meat.

The peel probably refers to the label. Underneath the bbq part it says recipe inside. You probably have recipes under both labels. The London broil is great for the slow cooker. And the other is stew meat…also great for the slow cooker. Very nice assortment of meat!

If you have a grill, you could marinate the tuna and steaks and have some surf and turf. Yummy with a fresh salad.

London broil marinade in Italian dressing for about 6 hours in the fridge. They cook it under the broiler for about 5-6 mins per side. 2 inches under the broiler. Then cut against the grain, super tender.

This one, yes, you sign up and get a blue card is his for a year. There is a max amount of income you can make and still qualify. We are nowhere near the amount. I checked for a friend, and for a family of 7, it was almost $6,000 a month
