Too many of our restaurants are not putting out their best. We can do a lot better with our customer service and seasoning. I know people who can cook and parents and grandparents came from the south, and they have made some of the same complaints about some of those same restaurants he talked about. If our business want to be the place to visit for outsiders, they need to do better.

Threats aren't making your establishments or city look any better. I wish black folks like these would understand that. If someone had a bad experience, work harder to improve and make your place more inviting and friendly. I'm from Cleveland and I've been to many black restaurants here and outside of my city and state and I find 1 of 2 establishments. Either they're not doing their best and could do better, or they're on top of their game. It's simple, I've worked in the restaurant industry as well. I understand bad days, but these dudes don't understand that it's ppl FROM these cities who suggest these restaurants to critics like Chime. So how can you be mad at him? Lol just be kind and suggest better places. I've noticed a lot of these ppl who critique the critics are mad becuase they suggested their own places but you can't let your pride determine your future, too many restaurant owners and cooks are too prideful no matter the race. We know this just watch Kitchen Nightmares 😂. Side point, if you've never been outside the city you're from you can't be mad at ppl who've eaten in many places, they have different palates.

I can almost feel your negative energy flowing here in this space. What you're doing right now giving #your #own #opinions is exactly what #Mr. Chime Time, food critic, does with #his food reviews from state to state to city to city. Giving #his #own #opinions. You're not threatening him? Well, is it just a warning? Either way neither looks good nor are they productive in my opinion. It only fuels what negative opinions about St Louis are already out there in my opinion. You read some of the comments made from some people? Well, you say food is subjective and you are so correct. But, so are Mr. Chime Time's personal opinions as well as his' followers as well as anyone else who gave their own personal opinions. #Subjective! We, as African Americans here in America definitely have bigger fish to fry. I would think. So, why waste all that energy, time and space on a food critic? I'd love to know IF you critique politicians, locally and Federal, or other entities that has the power to affect your life in negative ways the same way? Or any WP? As far as Mr. Chime Time goes I'm glad I noticed one of his short videos personally. I feel he's on point with his reviews about a lot of the food here in St Louis. I've spent an awful lot of money ordering food from an awful lot of food places that wasn't worth eating let alone my money. And, none were cheap either. A lot of them don't appear to GAF about their customers as well. Envy or jealousy can destroy. Let's build each other up. 🤷🏽🙄🥴👌🏽

Then that aside, it’s about class. Like I wouldn’t dine a restaurant and do the most if the food doesn’t fit my palette nor spit out food. He’s almost 40. It’s classless and childish.

@@anthonylewis8253 He’s also reviewed quite a few places that I’ve had myself and he said that the food was trash and its not it’s misinformation which actually drives sales down in most restaurants bc 1 power driven person wakes up and decides hey I didn’t like the cashier, ect let me turn on my camera to thousands of people and bash their food. Social media and clout is one hell of a drug especially when you come from nothing.
