Me too! I heard her a couple of times greet a Delores, but don’t know if she’s talking to me or not because the videos I see are live, but are never the day of. Hi there. Love Marshall, TX use to go every summer on vacation my ex husband lives there. He took me to Shreveport to the races to the Bayou to dinner and night life. Lots of fun. His parents has al the livestock and we lived in Los Angeles they use to send us fresh meat packed with dry ice and the best meat you’ll ever eat. The water was the best to bath in although I could never get use to the taste (well) for drinking. I saw my first Road Runner flying across the field lol

I ran across this video on good Friday while laying down about to fall asleep. You inspired me to get up and pick my greens for Easter Sunday. I thought about doing the deviled eggs but decided to wait til Saturday. I made a banana pudding ( not from scratch) for the first time for my client. I don't eat it. I wanna make another though using your method. Somebodies will eat it. I enjoyed your video ...I watched the entire thing. I love cooking and you're absolutely right, catering is a lot of work. I know your food taste delicious else they wouldn't have asked you to cook.

Now Ms. Carrie watching you makes me feel like I am home in my mother's or Grandmother's kitchens. But ....Stretching Brakes !! You making Deviled Eggs mom...No pickle relish !! It's not egg salad. Southern Deviled eggs should have that traditional delicate balance mayo and mustard. Light sprinkle paprika on top of completed and stuffed egg. As far as Crab meat it's both delicate and expensive. To accurately taste the Crab meat you need a simple stuffing without all that pickle relish. You would need ALOT OF LUMP CRAB MEAT. HOPE I CAN BE A KITCHEN HELPER or ELF.❤

Hey Mrs. Carrie, I usually put my bowl and whisk in the freezer when I can, to whip my cream faster, but sometimes I just don’t have the space, so for me, what works just as good or better, I put my carton of heavy cream in the freezer for an hour or an hour and half, and the cream is thicker and whips so much faster ❤️

Hi Carrie, I have been watching you since the beginning of the year but I was on Roku channel which did not provide me with any subscribe asking. Nothing is just the video so it took me a while to figure out how to get here but I wanted to let you know that I am watching, I know you have another Deborah there so I go by Deb. When I first heard you talk about cooking rutabaga I was like that sounds so familiar so I asked my mother about it. I am 70 years old. My mother is 90 still alive and ask her about the rutabaga and she was very familiar with it so yeah we had it when we were kids but you know I have not heard anybody ever use it. You're the first.
