Food on the Moon with Jess Atkin

Hello, I'm Jess Atkin! After serving in the military, I now spend my days raising quarter horses on my ranch in Texas and doing some pretty cool science. My big mission? Figuring out how to use plants and microbes to clean and prepare moon dust (called Lunar regolith) so we can safely grow crops on the moon someday. Imagine eating fresh vegetables grown on the moon - that's what I'm working on!
