Excellent video. Well done. I'm just now coming across it as i prepare for my first visit to Leith. Happy to see you've curated some valuable information and in a very amusing format as well.

Have to say that a limit has changed since this video was done, but the area is even better now. Enjoy!

Great video! My dad opened Skippers on Dock Place and later The Waterfront Wine Bar (now Teuchters Landing). He did it at a dark time in Leith's not so recent history and had a policy of employing locals only. Great t see it as such a thriving community today (COVID aside).

It’s a great wee place now as I’m sure it was during you dads time as well. Bet he has/had some stories to tell.

Absolutly, its th eplace to go for good food without breaking the bank, although you can still do that at places like Martin Wishart..... Something for everyone... If your not too far away, there is a places called Bundits opened up on Constitution Street, epic bao buns...

I used to live on Maritime Lane. Many a fun night out dancing on the bar at the old Port o' Leith. Hope you get your bike back. ~ Gemma

It’s had a huge revamp a couple of years ago (I think it was a couple of years ago). If it’s been a while you might not recognise it.... still a great place though.

Just moved to Edinburgh before lockdown, so looking forward to exploring some of these places when I can! One note, can you try to better balance the audio levels between your voice and the music next time? Thanks - subscribed!

Welcome to this awesome city. You must be itching to get out and about. Cheers for the feedback. To be fair the music is a bit loud compared to the voice.

Nice guy, very useful video. But I can't stand facial hair especially when seeing them eating.

Tell me about it, my wife rips me apart every time I eat a burger. Glad the video was helpful to you. Highly recommend Bundits to the list now. It's newish but now one of my favourites.
