I absolutely love how often you include lentils into your meal preps. I use them alot more than regular beans I find, so it's nice to see new recipes for them.

Put your cleaned peppers and cauliflower into vinegar and they’ll keep a long time in fridge…..add to recipes or salad bowls. I use my vinegar several times and when I throw it out I pour it on weeds. Dry your dill and use it thru the winter in recipes. Sour cream or cream cheese and dill make good dips…..cream cheese with dill and small pieces of onion and celery make. Great Sammie spread

The young, leafy parts of beets are edible too, and delicious :) You can cook them similarly as collard greens, or spinach. These are great in soups (with dill and potatoes), or in stir fry (with tofu, spring onions, seasme and rice noodles), or in veggie quiche.
@Chantymarie2 жыл бұрын
Yes great point! I don’t eat them cause they are high in oxalates though, I prefer to eat collards and kale that don’t have as high oxalates!
@aleksja73642 жыл бұрын

I am for sure gonna try your lentil taco mix. I made some on my own for the first time last week, I just kind of winged it and while it was good it was a bit mushier than I'd like. The quinoa addition is so smart!

I actually ordered the fruit and veggie wash. I love it. Congrats on the program completion!!! I went and bought some veggie containers and I love them. I've never seen paste in a tube--great idea because when I use it in a can I never use the whole can and have to transfer it to a container. The sushi bowl looks amazing. Yes, please show the video of the cost co venture and please share the pickling method you do.
