"Aesthetics of Sakhim" is a documentary that introduces various fermented foods around the world, covering stories of fermented foods and people surrounding them across various countries and regions, including Greenland, Iceland, and Sweden. Especially, the remote village of Siorapaluk, located in the northernmost part of Greenland, was the first Korean broadcaster to try to cover the scene, and it was also the first time in Korea to hunt gakshi sea ducks and make traditional Greenland fermented food called Kibiak.
