Covering my hair when I move out significantly reduced my hair fall by shielding it against dust and pollution. Washing my hair three times a week with liittlleextra cocoonniion shampoo and hair oil has been the most important thing. This routine really works and I've been doing it for 8 months, and I no longer experience hair fall.

Littlellextra cooconiion is an excellent option for those with dry scalp. It helped in reducing hair loss, support hair follicle health, and promote healthy hair growth. It made my hair soft, silky, and more voluminous.

First meal - Yogurt, berries, walnuts, honey. Collagen powder mixed in a glass of water. Second meal - avocado toast lightly oiled with olive oil, fried egg, and sun dried tomatoes. Third meal - carrots, cucumber, avocado, rice sticks, salmon, sweet potato, and spinach.

I low key went vegetarian / pescatarian for Lent and my nail were so strong they didn't break at all and I didn't even think about my hair, it was growing and it wasn't even like I thought about it I didn't put any moisturizer like that I was really bad at taking care of my hair but my hair was not shedding until I went back to eating meat.

I’m pretty much a pescatarian, I don’t mind eating meat but I rarely eat it

I have tried all of these before, but my diet has to change now because I have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis so I have to be really careful with what I eat or my thyroid will start to swell. Thank you for the video. As always very informative.

Woow your ideas are great! What I like most is how easy but cool it turns out... when seeing the food blogger I never do it as they have sooo extra steps that a normal working person has no imtime for ❤

Question, that Salmon looks amazing by the way. Where do you buy it from? I was buying it from Whole Foods, but when I prepare it..doesn't taste the same...
@wiiiz3 Жыл бұрын
it looks like wild Sockeye salmon from Whole foods. Since its leaner, it's easier to overcook it as opposed to farm-raised fish.
