@@voyagingthroughtoretirment6950 yes, great idea for your son 👍 I have in mind a very nice hike in Bologna, from the city to the San Luca sanctuary on a hill just outside the city. It's suggestive because it's all under colonnades but it's also very tiring because it's an uphill.

@@ItalybyItalians On a serious note, putting pineapples on a pizza is a mockery of culture, if one puts pineapples on a pizza it can't be called a pizza anymore. It's not italian food.
@ItalybyItalians2 жыл бұрын
@@joevaccaro6655 I think it's fine to experiment, after all that's how you create something new. But with pineapple it doesn't make any sense: it's not an Italian product, it's not even Mediterranean, it reaches our tables only after long journeys by plane, and the taste of a fruit doesn't even match with pizza.

As an American, my problem with food in Italy is its lack of cultural diversity. You cannot get good Asian or Middle Eastern food there or American streaks and burgers, only Italian food, lasagne, tortellini, vinegar etc. The same is true of Europe in general. I am happy to visit but would not live in Europe.
