Im sorry but i beg to differ but chicken kosha that is given in trial over here is bemgali dish ... and it sdoes not contain sarso a tadka ... which chef was explaining ... the term "kosha" means "bhunjna" something that you prepare very slowly and using low heat (to be said as bhunja hua chicken )
