I've had issues with depression since age 13 and I'm 47 now. Went back on antidepressants a couple years ago and have mostly been alright since. But bear in mind if you try that the first 2 or 3 weeks will be a trying experience while you're getting used to it.

Wooow, when I see videos like this it reminds me of the time I lived in Russia (2years) going to peoples Dascha's preparing the food the same way. I guess Ukraine is about the same. I never have eaten more tastier food then during that time and being away from city life. I am nearing my 80ties but if I could do it all over again, I would live a lifestyle like Maria!!! It is a magnificent way to live your life peacefully and healthy, enjoying the surroundings!!! It shows that you do not need a lot of money to lead a satisfactory life only enough to get by!!! Pasties, I love them! When I served in the British Army, my mid-morning snack was a 'Tiddy Oggie' (Cornish Pasty) bought piping hot from the NAAFI wagon. I have loved them ever since and my mouth was watering while I was watching Maria preparing and cooking them. I think she was born there in the mountains and taught by parents. It’s useful life for people who live in the Carpathian mountains. Me also was born close to that location that Maria live and I can confirm.
