Half of the folks I deal with are dancers who are so used to working through the pain that they are terrible when it comes to giving themselves time to heal.

The egg yolk is put on raw unbaked and then there’s also usually butter added before serving. It hurt my food heart to see the whole eggs there. Never seen that done anywhere. The hatjapuri is supposed to swim in butter lol Georgian food is indeed spectacular. Try Saperavi wine or any Georgian wine you can find to for an even better experience. Suluguni cheese is usually found at Russian food shops. Great video.

Awesome to see you back, and with a bang! Georgia shares this with Turkey (pide). So tasty, and so easy. That's the beauty of a brunch. Simple and amazing. Nothing like it here in Sweden, we have the "smörgåstårta" (sandwich cake), a thing of beauty in itself, when done right. Maybe the only way to combine liver paté and salmon... Again, good to see you, chef!
