Just one request. How do you use the remaining oil used for frying or do you discard it as people say, oil once used for frying becomes carcinogenic if used again for cooking or frying. Awaiting your reply

The oil can he used immediately for cooking other things like curries,parathas. It gets toxic once you aĺlow it to rest and use after many days

I did discard the oil years ago!originally I started with less oil and fried few pieces at a time so I ended up with less oil, to discard. In order to make the oil less carcinogenic one should not overheat the oil.Recently I’ve heard from some friends- they just brush he samosas with oil lightly, and put them in the air fryer for a few minutes.Finally in order to purify the food, I pray to God while cooking + offer it to God before consuming! 🌟🙏🌟
