And started chanting hare krishna mantra. It is very powerful. From last 6 days i have completely overcome from depression and reduced smoking almost automatically. The food matches with the tropical climate as well as the peoples genes. Please don't compare the oily greasy sugary spicy restaurant shits with the traditional Indian diet. And who told you that ghee is bad? Have grass fed organic ghee, its expensive even here in US. Much healthier than butter, has high cooking temperature, lactose-free and loaded with nutrients, but yes portion control is a must and that's applicable for any food. If today Indians are suffering from lifestyle disease, that is not because of their traditional diet but because of fast food joints and unhealthy outside food. Blame the people, not the tradition.

And the indian families were pretty large with 3 to 4 generations in the same house, so if they have put a little more fat... it would have been distributed among people. And yes, ghee is even good for skin and hair. Now I know you are a complete outsider. Instead of spreading hatred here, why dont you gain some knowledge on this topic in depth? And if you are not interested, then don’t make such half knowledge comments in public places. Never seen so much of hatred in free food videos.
