Ghee: 3/4 cup ( it should look like soften butter )
Powdered Sugar: 1 cup
All purpose flour (Maida): 1.25 cup + 2 Tbsp
Gram Flour (Besan): 3/4 cup
Semolina (Sooji): 1/4 cup
Cardamom powder: 1 tsp
Baking powder: 1/2 tsp
Baking soda: 1/4 tsp
Pistachios/ cashews/ Almond/Melon Seeds

In summers : Put the ghee into the fridge for 20-30 min, then take out and mix. In winter: slightly warm it, ( not melt )

First I will think whether I can use aluminium kadhai in my home or if I use this metal if I use then I can make nankhatai at my home following a recipe of nankhatai.

बार बार नान खटाई नान खटाई बोल रहे हो खटाई नहीं खताई बोलते है। खटाई का मतलब खट्टा होता है

Hello there !! I tried out this recipe yesterday and it turned out really well 😊 Thank you so much for sharing such a perfect recipe , the texture and taste turned out excellent !! Please note - If anyone prefers not very sweet nankhatai probably you may want to reduce the amount of sugar powder little. But that's personal choice :) My family thoroughly enjoyed them !!

Hi 👋 so I made the Nankhatai without Suji and 3/4 cup sugar, but I think it was still a little more sweet for me. Maybe next time I will reduce 2 tablespoon sugar more. But it turned out really good 👍 Thanks 😊

First and foremost- Thanks for your efforts to share a delicious snack. Indeed Nankhatai is one of everyone's favorite. I got to eat the Merrut Nankhatai during the time exhibition gets to my town during the winters. I don't doubt the taste neither I want to belittle your skills-but this has a different shape and texture unlike the one that we eat in the Exhibition. Any comments please Additionally- if the measurement that you mentioned can be provided in weights would be more helpful. Just a suggestion for getting more accurate and helping your viewers to keep improving. I am subscribing to your channel immediately.

Hi, Ban jayegi. Maine ussi pe seekhi thi. 15-20 min 1. Pehle full flame be garam kariye ( Pre heat ) 2. Fir low flame pe bake hone rakhiye 3. 20-25 min lag jate Han ( wo gas ki flame pe bhi depend karta Hai ) 4. But bataiyega zaroor :)

This looks too good. I'll try it, ty ❤ I don't have ghee, is butter or crisco okay❓️❔️❓️❔️❓️ Add: i made these with butter & let ut sit in the fridge for 20min but it didnt really split on top & its not as brittle when i break it apart 😔 could it be the butter?
