Hello Jayaji, your subscriber since years. Have always been inspired by your content and the person you are. I usually don’t comment much but today I took to it because I just wanted to tell u that your words really struck the right chord, the thought process is absolutely right… I could relate to all that u spoke. Yes in life we need to sometimes unwind and discard that which doesn’t serve us and prioritise, Good health being the vital for all. Acceptance and being honest with ourselves is the key!! Also, One must follow what really gives us a sense of purpose and makes us happy and not the trend or the fast paced changing versions of the world. So glad to be associated with you !! Lots of good wishes to you !!! Will always look forward to your videos even if required to wait a bit longer.

Outstanding! Jaya you’re one of those rare KZbinrs who share depth and wisdom that’s truly authentic and classy. It takes a lot to visualise, script and execute this level of storytelling. Congratulations on an awesome creation! Now to the many things I am taking away - the commitment to translate those self-care ideas to actions and truly focusing on my health and well-being, the motivation to bake something for my kids today, the inspiration to focus on my learnings - life lessons and reflect on whether they continue to hold true in today’s context. Grateful for your wisdom! Love you ❤

It's bit late, but I made it deliberate. Coz I wanted to create that 'something ' before commenting. This video literally made me cry. Coz I am one of that super woman who does everything for everyone. My husband's duty schedules were lot more hectic these days. We used to divide chores but nowadays it's not possible. So as a working mom and a Bahu it's lot more for me. Recently we all were through the most grieving phase of life. I lost my mom in law whom I called Amma and she was literally my mom and best friend. It took months to get myself back. And I was struggling, struggling and struggling. Now after three weeks of this video I'm redesigning everything including myself. I'm gonna invest more in me to be a better me who can make my family and our time best. Will not say thanks but sending a tight hug.....and the most heartfelt wishes for saving me❤❤❤❤❤❤❤love you ❤❤❤❤❤more power to you ❤❤❤

Actually we as content consumers are responsible for what we watch. Watching mindless content is just as harmful for our minds as it's for the creators who are making it. At times I feel we are shutting our minds down rather than opening it up. And thanks to the algorithms we are caught up in our own webs. So thanks to you for showing this restraint and creating something that is so relatable. ❤

Much love from USA. Oh Jaya! I have so many thoughts! I wish I could sit with a group of women and we all could chat! LOL! So, much to respond to. Yes, so much I need to learn and unlearn. When growing up we were taught to clean the house top to bottom on the weekend. Your parents made you get up early...to our chagrin. LOL! I tried to keep doing that as a working adult. It did not work, and I would get so frustrated. My grandmother had an immaculate house...ALWAYS! I always wanted to be like her. I felt like a failure. I had to watch some cleaning and organizing videos like yours to learn "my style" of home life with a demanding job. I think that is key. What is your style of cleaning, etc. in the period of life you are in at that moment. Health, I work in that field and even with knowing what I know I still need to work on myself. I see how people are so ill, and it is from the food industry sabotaging our food, lack of movement and the mental strains we allow ourselves to live under. Health is wealth is NOT a cliche. It is TRUTH! I admire you so much. I will watch your videos to the end of time. Hugs and love from a sister far away.

This might help lot many who use such blenders. I know many use vinegar solution n all but vinegar has strong smell which i have seen doesn't really go. Some points were relatable to me. One watching home making vlogs will motivate but you can't be as perfect as them. Minimalist is difficult with the culture we are bought up with. Cooking all meal in the morning is the best thing to do bcoz being hungry makes you angry 😂. Keeping our health as the top priority is very important bcoz we run the show of the house so we need to fit and fine mentally and physically.I always taught maintaining the house, cooking and kids is priority which is not correct.

Your videos are always a great watch. Jaya if you are overwhelmed by things, one good practise is to declutter. As a content creator I am sure for you having to store a lot of things is inevitable. Still try to give away or dispose more stuff..eg you may have way more cutlery than actually needed or used but stored because it looks pretty. Decluttering will bring more flow of energy also. Unlearning could start with trying to incorporate minimalism. It actually starts making sense when we think about it in today's era where all videos and content are mainly oriented towards consumerism and inspiring people to only buy more and more. More home decor..more cutlery...more countertop organizers than one really needs!! 😅 Most youtubers have atleast ten such video content seeing which audience buy more and later realize it only creates more kitchen clutter visually. I know you will find your own ways to unlearn things and inspire others in a better way. Wishing you best for your health and happiness.
