真正会炒的豆芽一定是最后才加入14:00 因为这样才可以保持豆芽的口感，炒粿条也是一样。举凡我看到炒粿条的一开始就放豆芽去炒，我一定不会光顾。

If you refer to the first stall, they are duck necks and heads, and popularised in recent year from mainland China. We don't have penguin and ostrich in this country and Chinese here don't eat exotic or taboo meats since migrating here hundreds of years ago due to multiculturalism.
