I've had several pets that have gotten spayed at both a spay and neuter clinic and an actual vet clinic, and neither required me to go back. All my animals have only ever had internal stitches that dissolved and glue for the outside. They literally only had to wear the cone 3 maybe 4 days max. The fact Julia isn't healed yet is mind-blowing and neglectful.

Right i had many cats only one took out the stitches out but her wound didn't open up so the vet told me to just watch her. She was fine and now i got a cone just incase any cats try stuff

What in the heck kind of butcher did they take the cat to? I dropped my cat off around 11am and went back at 5 , picked her up, the vet's office called the next day to check on her. She lived 18 more years.

Both cats I got spayed were healed within a week. Just gotta keep that cone on. Julia has a nice one. My kittens had plastic ones. My dog same. Surgery in the morning, picked up in the afternoon, plastic cone. I bought her the cutest t-shirt that said “ it’s all fun & games till you wind up in a cone”. I wished they had one for humans lol. My dog same thing, you watch the animals & prevent them from jumping etc. I’ve never seen a cat take this long to first off get spayed due to hundreds of excuses & heal.
