I had a hamster, and one of the reasons they die of cancer is because they are not being given chew toys and giving them a cheap diet of mainly sunflower seeds. When I got my hamster, he was so fat. But I got him a little hamster ball and wheel so he could exercise. I also designated an area for him with tubes and mazes.I fed him with fresh fruit, veg and nuts and he actually lived to just over 3 instead of 2 and went from this fat ball to a healthy size. People don't care for their hamsters. They just shove them in a cage, occasionally change their bedding and water, and pretty much forget about them. Hamsters love time out the cage in a contained environment. They are used to running for miles at night in the wild. Please don't get a hamster unless you are going to treat it like any other pet. Chantal didnt give a fk about her hamster. Such a fake fat b. I loved my hamster. RIP Hammy.

First time I was introduced to real "horror" was when Jordy introduced me to gorl World.. the way my compassion and immediate feeling of defending these two ladies just desolved due to their nasty personalities and acts scares me.. never imagined i could be fine with slurs about other peoples weight and looks BUT MAN these girls deserves everything they get.. Confession, I will put all sorts of fatty stuff in my Buldak ramen (the spicy Korean one she gets) I like it plain and the spice doesn’t bother me. But gd sometimes it’s just soooo good creamy. Heavy cream and a little butter and cheese, yahhh I do that. HOWEVER, I’m 5’1 and 115 el beeeeez and I only do ONE pack at a time and bulk it up with tofu and veggies. Adding cream to migoreng is wild though. Lots of people add cream to buldak to cut the spice level. It’s super common. In general Buldak is a huge guilty pleasure of mine I often can’t have it in the house because I’ll just eat it every day lol.

This isn’t a hate comment or me being mad, but the BIGGEST symptom of BPD or “EID - Emotional Intensity Disorder” as it’s now labeled by mental health professionals, is the inability to control sudden outbursts of emotion. Now this isn’t to say that you can’t LEARN how to control outbursts, but as we all know Chantal has never, and likely will never, do therapy long enough for her to make any meaningful change. I’m currently doing STEPPS (Systems Training for Emotional Predictability and Problem Solving) with my therapist and am now learning how to recognize when I might react poorly, and try a coping strategy such as distancing myself. I think for Chantal this would be one of the most useful tools for her. Knowing when she’s about to pop off, and consciously making the decision to distance herself and take time to regroup. But she doesn’t. There are a lot of examples of her working herself up on stream, and instead of making the healthy choice of turning the live off and calming down, she just leans into the anger. I GET the feeling of wanting to lean into it, but she has no desire to control it, she’d rather make an ass out of herself and then give fake apologies. All of this to say: there are a lot of people out there like Chantal who will never take responsibility for their outbursts or do anything to help control them. But just know that a lot of us ARE trying and we do mean what we say with our apologies. It may come off as cringe to someone who doesn’t struggle with emotional regulation, but just know that there are many of us putting in the work to change. 🫶🏻
