For anyone wondering. Indians use different kinds of flour for different dishes. We mainly cook parantha with wheat flour. It can be non-stuffed as well but then it is eaten with some gravy or dry dish or Indian pickles and chutney (eg. mint or parsley sauce ). As for stuffed parantha, the most loved one is Aloo parantha made with mashed potato + some spices filling inside. Other versions are paneer (Indian cottage cheese more like tofu in texture, not cheese), onion, cauliflower, radish, capsicum, and many more. Basically, you can prepare your favorite filling and make it. Any other type of parantha like cheese, noodles, etc just a fusion version not Indian. Pakoras are mainly made with besan or chickpea flour, it is definitely healthier than all-purpose flour. We eat them as snacks, on rainy days as mentioned with milk tea or sauce. There is much more to them but this was the basic info. My apologies if I missed something. I tried my best to explain.

@@aevs 😅 My apologies on their behalf. Please dont hate us. Two types of people are yelling, one who are emotionally attached to anything Indian. So, it comes naturally they cant control their emotions.(not saying its a good practice, it is not) 2nd type is, some of them are sick and tired of Indian food getting represented wrong on an international platform with no further explaination or information. Which in return creates a very generic stereotype of Indian food. Hence, they let their frustration out in comment section. Although i know, it gives a wrong impression for sure.

I think the thing is the ingredients required for Indian cuisine are mostly grown in India for example like spices required for tadka/thalimpu.. most of the stuff we use are cheaper in India but costs huge in foreign countries. I think the cheapest meal in India can cost as little as 0.2 USD, with delicious hearty meal, depending on region you are in. Edit: Also guys, at this point curry is just an anglicised word for Indian flavours. No, not everything is curry. You get that essence because of our ingredients, but the taste of each dish is different 😮💨

Would you please make a list of all the Indian spices that are not simply “curry”? Maybe you could make a channel about Indian cooking. Maybe you could encourage someone else to do so. You can clearly see by this discussion that many non-Indians appreciate Indian food and want to know more! We even accept being labeled as ignorant foreigners because we are asking. We would surley ask more informed questions if someone with more knowledge would instruct us. Here in E. Texas all the Indians are engaged in hotels, medicine and engineering! Not a term which can be generalised across the wiiiiide range of Indian cuisine.

I think Vietnam came up with a dish called banh mi due to French influence. These days, it is increasingly difficult to find street food under 5,000 won in Korea, so it would be quicker to find lunch boxes or triangle kimbap at nearby convenience stores like in Japan. These days, there are very few 1,000 won gimbap in Korea. Even in local markets, the typical price is 1,500 to 2,000 won. It's usually 2000-3000 won, so use a convenience store instead.

Choosing aloo paratha as cheapest indian food. Dumb. And calling that piece as alloo pararha was even dumber. That didnt look like a stuffed spicy alloo paratha 😒

I liked this video because I identify that I would eat all healthy dishes with only healthy animal and vegetable fillings. If I were to try it, I would start with India, Indonesia and Vietnam, then Korea, Japan and China. Of all the foods mentioned on the Korean table, the most expensive is Japanese and the cheapest is Indian, followed by Indonesian and Vietnamese. I loved the video and the presentation of the dishes. 🤗🌹💋❤️💕🥰💋🌹🥂🥂🥂🥂Affectionate and sweet kisses to all the ladies in the hugs video.

As Indonesia rather than show indomie, it would be better if she show another meal. Maybe like pentol it's actually snack, but many of us use this as a meal.
