I tested this recipe and marinated it for like 20 hours it tastes great! Natuwa ermats ko dito, you can lessen the suka if you want less acidity but for us this is perfect!

Hi, I came back here to tell that I had an amazing dinner with my family! Na-good time ko ang tito ko, he thought we ordered in Mang Inasal and he was like "nasaan yung mantika? Nalimutan nung nagdeliver" haha! This recipe is very simple yet so delicious! Lasang grilled chicken ng Mang Inasal talaga. Well, I didn't use chicken skin oil but I used olive oil and mascovado sugar. Thank you!

I think Mang Inasal was so much better when it started its first ever restaurant in Iloilo in 2003. Don't get me wrong, its still good! However, the quality seems to decline a bit after Jollibee brought the business.
