Ingredients:
3 thumb size of ginger
6-7 cloves of garlic
1 medium size of onion
1.2 kg chicken parts and innards
1 tsp of ground pepper
4 stalks of lemongrass
1 & 1/2 cup of lacatan
1 & 1/2 cup of regular rice
3-4 tbsp of fish sauce
2 liters of water (add if necessary)
1 pc of chicken cube
1 & 1/2 tbsp of kasubha
